Refund and Returns Policy
If something isn’t right please contact our support team with your receipt at admin@jsemarine.com.au. Exchanges need to be made within 30 days of purchase and no refunds will be made on sale marked items, unless item is deemed faulty. Instead an exchange will be offered. Refunds for faulty or misleading items are as per the Fair Trading NSW laws.

- Item must be unused
- In original packaging
- In same condition as received
- All exchanges or refunds must be made within 30 days from receipt purchase.
- Refunds will be processed to original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
JSE Marine is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using registered mail. If you are returning a faulty, damaged or incorrect item. JSE Marine will pay for postage costs. We are unable to offer free delivery for “change of mind” returns or exchanges.
